The products you purchase will be delivered to the cargo within the same business day, except for busy campaign periods and force majeure, for orders placed until 15:00.

When your order is shipped, an e-mail containing your cargo tracking number will be sent to you. The delivery time of your cargo depends on your city and district; It varies between 1 and 4 business days following the delivery of your order.

Free delivery all over Turkey: Orders placed before 15:00 will be shipped on the same business day. Once your order is shipped, it will be delivered to you within 1 to 4 business days.

Fast delivery on the same day for orders within Istanbul: When this option is chosen, orders placed before 15:00 will be delivered to you by courier on the same business day. Orders placed after 15:00 will be delivered until noon the next business day. Same day delivery service fee is 49.90 TL for orders of 1,500 TL and below. It is free for orders of 1,500 TL and above.

There are different charges for your orders depending on your shipping preference. Our standard cargo shipping service is free. Same Day Delivery service fees for your orders within Istanbul are free for orders of 1,500 TL and above; For orders of 1,500 TL and below, it is 49.90 TL.

You can return the product you purchased from the online store within 30 days (1 Month) from the invoice date.-

If the product or products you decide to purchase after the return meet the campaign conditions, the campaign/discount code will remain valid; if not, the discount code/campaign will be cancelled. The price of the remaining products without discount/campaign will be calculated, the difference will be collected from the refund amount, and a new invoice will be issued and sent to you.
