Cancellation and Return Conditions – Consumer Rights

GENERAL:

When you place an order electronically through the website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.

The shipping cost of the product will be paid by the buyers.

Each product purchased will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer within 30 days, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyers may terminate the contract.

The purchased product must be delivered completely, in accordance with the specifications specified in the order, and with any accompanying documents such as a warranty certificate and user manual if applicable.

If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer of this in writing within 3 days from the date the seller becomes aware of this situation. The total amount must be returned to the buyer within 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID:

If the buyer does not pay for the product or cancels the payment in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product will cease.

PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD:

If, after the product has been delivered, it is determined that the credit card used for the payment was unfairly used by unauthorized persons, and if the product price is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days at the expense of the seller.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED IN TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:

If unforeseen circumstances beyond the seller's control occur and the product cannot be delivered in time, the buyer will be informed. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, the replacement of the product with a similar one, or the postponement of the delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order, the payment will be refunded in cash within 14 days if the payment was made in cash. If the buyer made the payment by credit card and cancels the order, the product price will be returned to the bank within 14 days, but it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer the amount to the buyer's account.

BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO CHECK THE PRODUCT:

The buyer must inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before receiving them; the buyer must not accept any goods/services that are crushed, broken, or damaged in any way, or whose packaging has been torn. Any goods/services accepted from the cargo company will be considered to be undamaged and in good condition. After delivery, the buyer is responsible for carefully protecting the goods/services. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to the buyer or to the person/organization at the address indicated, without assuming any legal or penal liability and without giving any reason, by notifying the seller through the contact information provided below.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

If the purchased product is a service, this 14-day period starts from the date of signing the contract. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in service contracts where the provision of the service has begun with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period has expired.

The costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal will be borne by the seller.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the seller must be notified in writing by registered mail, fax, or email within 14 (fourteen) days, and the product must not be used in accordance with the "Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised" provisions set out in this contract.

EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The invoice for the product delivered to the buyer or the person to whom it was delivered must be returned with the product. (If the invoice for the product to be returned was issued to a company, it must be returned together with the return invoice issued by the company. Returns of orders issued to companies cannot be completed without a return invoice.)

The return form and the product to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged, together with the box, packaging, and any standard accessories, if applicable.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

The seller is obliged to refund the total amount and return any documents that place the buyer under debt within 10 days of receiving the withdrawal notification, and to accept the return of the product within 20 days.

If the value of the goods decreases or the return becomes impossible due to the buyer's fault, the buyer must compensate the seller for the damages caused by the buyer's fault. However, the buyer is not responsible for changes or deterioration caused by the proper use of the goods or products within the withdrawal period.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the discount amount used within the campaign limits arranged by the seller will be canceled if the campaign limit amount is exceeded.

PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED:

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods prepared in line with the buyer's wishes or clearly tailored to the buyer's personal needs, and which are not suitable for return due to their nature; for underwear bottoms, swimsuits, bikini bottoms, makeup products, disposable products, perishable goods, or goods whose expiration date is likely to expire; for products that are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene if their packaging has been opened by the buyer after delivery; for goods that, after delivery, are mixed with other products and cannot be separated by their nature; for publications such as newspapers and magazines, except for those provided under a subscription agreement; for services that are instantly performed in an electronic environment or intangible goods that are instantly delivered to the consumer; and for sound or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and data storage devices, and computer consumables if their packaging has been opened by the buyer. Additionally, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services that have started to be performed with the consumer's consent before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

Cosmetic and personal care products, underwear products, swimwear, bikini, books, reproducible software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, and cassettes, as well as stationery consumables (toner, cartridges, ribbons, etc.), can only be returned if their packaging has not been opened, tested, damaged, or used.

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

The buyer agrees, declares, and undertakes that in the event of default in the payment of transactions made with a credit card, the cardholder will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement with the bank and will be liable to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may take legal action; the buyer may be responsible for any costs and attorney fees incurred, and in any case, the buyer agrees to pay the damages and losses incurred by the seller due to the delayed performance of the debt.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

You can make payments via your credit cards on our site, either with a single payment or by taking advantage of online installment options. At the end of your online orders, the amount will be debited from your credit card.
